Maaaaybe?
Alternatively; WHO ARE YOU AND WHY ARE YOU COMING AT US.
very very eeeew art but here’s Andre’s brother.
Who can control the temperature. Yeaah. /insert technobabble that makes no sense about vibrating molecules or something/ Unfortunately although he can make them his body can’t actually withstand the extremes he creates hence the insulated-super-special-awesome-can-withstand-most-anything supersuit.
Did I mention that his family is super rich.
The thing about me is that I get dissatisfied with costume designs very easily. See: me revamping my characters’ costumes in basically every new picture I draw. See also: the only costume I was ever happy with was Derpforce’s. That was scrapped.
I spent some time this week doing Project Rooftop-style drawings of Sugarhigh’s costume. After jumping through about twelve hoops, I ended up with…basically her old costume. :|
That happens, huh.
SO YEAH another random character doodle thing for this superhero webcomic multiverse-thing.
He has a younger brother and is a cross between Tony Stark and Batman. His superpower is being rich. And controlling the weather courtesy of weather-controlling satellites in the sky. And he has a high-tech supersuit. Don’t ask who designed the wires to be dangling on the outside.
So that phee isn’t the only one uploading to this blog.
Hurp durp.
Crappy doodle is crappy doodle. -3-
And a quick sketch of Carrie Myre! (The spitcurl is non-optional, please.)
IDK if anyone else has noticed, but we have a pretty pressing lack of aliens in the MTU, man. And as everyone knows, sentient extraterrestrial life in comic-book-land are basically humans with weird melanin and the power of flight.
Qur.i-Myr.u or Emberess is a young, brilliant scientist from the planet Hae.pfy.o on a 78-year expedition to Earth. She’s pretty excited about it! The planet has many weird and wonderful things to offer her—there’s so much oxygen in the atmosphere; and look, the vegetation is green. Humans are pretty cool, too, although their behaviour is often highly irrational. She’s looking into that.
She’s been supplied with the technology (holographic or suppressive or whatever technobabble explanation is popular nowadays) to modify her appearance so she looks like an average human, and her civilian identity is Carrie Myre, a journalist. (Yeah, I went there.) (Sorry.)
Her powers are basically flying around and lighting things on fire, but she looks really fucking awesome doing it.
Pretty sure I saw Antumbra walking along the street on the way home today. Short, Asian, dressed all in black, exact same haircut, ludicrously skinny (I swear this isn’t even an exaggeration of how skinny the guy was). It was ridiculous.
